The Town of Conway is seeking a Public Works Maintenance Worker II. This position performs a variety of responsible unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled maintenance and repair. Duties are and not limited to the repair and maintenance of water and sewer lines, meter reading, connecting and disconnecting meters; making repairs to the pipes and drainage basins; mowing grass; picking up limbs, trash and debris, and performing basic building and equipment maintenance and repair. Some weekend and holiday work are required. Employee will also perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications: Graduation from high school or completion of GED. Must have a valid driver's license, and be willing to obtain water and sewer licenses within a timely matter.

Salary will be based on experience. Applications can be picked up at the Conway Town Hall, 301 W. Main St. from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The Town of Conway is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as full-time Town Clerk. This employee is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Clerk's office and delivering high-quality services to our residents. The ideal candidate should have accounting experience, excellent communication, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the utility billing system, accounts payable, accounts receivable, computer technical support, maintaining social media accounts, and related duties as required. Knowledge of municipal ordinances and state laws regarding municipalities is a plus. Salary is dependent upon qualifications.
